3 Hills Farm was officially established in 1978 when Bobby acquired property that adjoined his parents farm. Initially the farming operation revolved around Hereford Beef Cattle. In 1982 Bobby married Debby, 3 children were born and the years went by way too fast. During these years 3 Hills developed one of the purest Border Cheviot Sheep flocks in Tennessee. This breed was chosen because of their ability to handle the winters of the Cumberland Plateau and successful lambing during these times. Throughout the years, 3 Hills Farm Border Cheviots have competed in multiple county, state, and national shows, validating the genetics of this breed. Today 3 Hills Farm is concentrating its efforts outside the show ring, selling quality lamb at the preference of the customer. And lets not kid ourselves, the grand kids will soon be in the show ring again and Bob is going to have another shot at it.
We are members of the American Cheviot Sheep Society.
